Tammy Lynn Lewis Self

Tammy Lynn Self, 65, of Fairfax, Oklahoma, passed away on March 19, 2026.

Tammy was born and raised in Fairfax, where she spent her life caring for others. She worked assisting in nursing home facilities and cleaning homes, always willing to lend a helping hand. She had a deep love for music and will be remembered for her kind heart and simple joys.

She is survived by her son, Jay Owen; daughter-in-law, Krystal; granddaughters, Bailey, Lily, and Julia; and her sisters, Jan Banning and Marty Neeley.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Lewis, and her mother, Fern Patterson.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 26 at 2:00 p.m. at Fairfax City Cemetery.
