Jessica Balman, 40, of Ponca City, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Red Rock, OK.

Jessica was born on July 25, 1972 in Tulsa, OK to Joseph and Tommie Lang Elliott.

Jessica grew up in the Ponca City area graduating Ponca City High School in 1990. She then went to Northern Oklahoma College and received an Associates degree in Nursing in 2008. She had worked for Ponca City Medical Center, Precise Home Care and Via Christi Village as an RN.

Jessica is survived by her exhusbandRobin Balman of Ponca City, Children Quinton McKee, Grant McKee and Olivia McKee all of Talala, OK. Mother and StepFather Tommie and John Hurd of Comanche, FatherJoe Elliott of Eureka Springs, AR. BrotherJacob Elliott of Burbank, OK.

Funeral Services will 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Northeast Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Ratliff officiating. Burial will follow in the Burbank Cemetery, Burbank, OK.
