Carl Parks a resident of Henryetta, passed away on December 18, 2007 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 68. Born January 2, 1939 in
Broken Bow, Ok to George and Joyce (Cotney) Parks. Mr. Parks retired from Henryetta High School where he taught
Chemistry, Physics and Biology. He served as a Deacon at the Henryetta First Baptist Church and taught Sunday School
for many years, he also served on the Henryetta Planning and Zoning Commission. He is preceded in death by his parents
and 3 brothers, Lindell, Larry and Curtis Ray Parks.
Survived by Wife Karen Parks of the home 2 Sons: Jeff & wife Cheryl Parks of Longview, TX Jason & wife Kim Parks of Barnsdal,OK
Grandchildren: Leticia, Portia, Tyler, Camryn, Aldan, Jessica Parks & Elise Randoplh and Tori Curtis
Brother: Kent Parks of Bella Vista,AR Sister: Carol Dennington of Heavner,OK.
Services will be 10:00 am, Thursday, December 20, 2007 at the Henryetta First Baptist Church with Dr. Tim Walker,
officiating. Interment will follow at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
