Anna L. Curry

February 2, 1928 - June 7, 2020

ANNA L., 92 of Choctaw Oklahoma passed away Sunday, June 6, 2020. Anna was born February 2, 1928 in Rush Springs, Oklahoma to Anna May Curtis and Thomas A Curtis. She was raised in Rush Springs, but the family moved to Midwest City prior to her high school graduation. She was a member of the first graduating class at Midwest City High School. After graduation she met Gerald E. Curry and on September 7, 1945, they were married in Midwest City. For the next twenty years she lived in many places as she followed her husband who proudly served in the United States Air Force. Upon his retirement they returned to Midwest City where she lived for 40 years until moving to Choctaw. She loved her church family at Del City Church of Christ and later at Newalla Church of Christ. She enjoyed gardening, her little dog" Missy" and being with family. She is survived by her son Stephen E. Curry and his wife Faye and her daughter Linda Heath and her husband James. She had six grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
