Sarah Elizabeth Bittle

February 8, 1924 - January 8, 2017

Sarah Elizabeth Bittle, 92, passed away January 8, 2017. She was born February 8, 1924, in Tuckerman, Arkansas, to Hosea Sr. and Nellie Stout Woodard.
Sarah enjoyed quilting, crocheting, making booties and bonnets for children's hospitals, but she especially enjoyed feeding and nurturing people.
She is survived by her two daughters; Thelma Hall, and Mary and husband Scott Cook, two brothers; Nuborn Woodard, and Hosea Jr. and wife Judy Woodard, one sister Nellie Baugh, 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives.
Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jimmy "J.L." Bittle, two sons; Jimmy and Kenneth Bittle, one grandchild, two sisters and seven brothers.
