Elaine Goldstein
June 11, 1929 - April 6, 2021
Margaret "Elaine" Goldstein was born to Marion and Ina Raff on June 11, 1929, around Thomas, Oklahoma, where her family resided. She was the middle child of 3. Elaine graduated from Red Rock High school. Growing up she worked on the family farm and helped at the café; run by her parents in Red Rock, and subsequently Mulhall, Oklahoma. Elaine resided in Midwest City, Oklahoma with her husband, Samuel Goldstein, whom she had been married to for 62 years. She raised 3 boys while Samuel was in the service. All 3 attended college and graduated with their Doctorate degree. After the children left home she returned to work at a Hallmark gift shop, where she loved to organize and read all of the cards and visit with all the people who would come into the store. Elaine lived an honorable and full life with numerous glorious years of happiness with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. During these years, she fought and defeated two different types of breast cancer. In her later years she did suffer the trauma of Alzheimer's disease.
Elaine passed away in her home, April 6, 2021. She was preceded in death by Marion Raff, Ina Raff, brother, Harold Raff, and sister, Evelyn Sullins. She is survived by her husband, 3 sons, 7 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
Elaine's services will be 1:00 PM, Monday, April 12, 2021, at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home, 1820 S. Douglas Blvd, Midwest City, OK, followed by her interment at Arlington Memory Gardens, Midwest City.
