Services were held for Rose Smith, 84, at the Pharoah Baptist Church at 2 p.m.. Fri. July 13, with Rev. Carl Clay officiating. Mrs. Smith died July 10.
She was born March 26, 1906, in Hastings, Colo. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pharoah Baptist Church.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Frances Springetti, her husband, Luther Smith in 1973, one daughter, Beatrice Davis in 1972, a granddaughter, Tammie Sue Smith, and great granddaughters Melissa Kay Sanders and Melinda Jane Sanders.
Survivors include one son, Charles smith, Midwest City; three nieces, Vera Robinson, Tulsa, Betty Moline, Morris, and Elaine Moses, Ramona; one son -in-law, Ben Davis, Pharoah, one granddaughter, Vickie Sanders, and two great-granddaughters, Jamie and Joy Sanders.
Interment was in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Weleetka under the direction of Merritt Funeral Service College Chapel of Henryetta.
Pallbearers were B.F. (Peck) Mangrum, Joe Myhnier, Skip Matthews, Frank Moore, Kenny Likowski and Ulon Kilmer.
