Dylan Tyler Young, born on September 23, 1999, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2025, in Pryor, Oklahoma. He was 25 years old.
Dylan was a bright light in the lives of those who knew him. Known for his kindness and his willingness to lend a hand to anyone in need, he made a significant impact on the lives he touched. His forgiving nature was a testament to his character, embodying a spirit that cherished compassion and understanding.
From a young age, Dylan harbored a deep-seated passion for a multitude of interests. He found great joy in playing video games, a pastime that not only entertained him but also fostered connections with friends and family. An artistic soul, he loved to draw, often expressing his thoughts and feelings through his artwork. He was particularly fond of watching shows and series.
Dylan had a hands-on approach to life; he reveled in working with his hands and possessed a talent for handling engines and anything related to cars. This affinity for automotive work was a reflection of his technological curiosity and mechanical aptitude. He was an animal lover, showing empathy and care for creatures great and small.
Dylan is survived by his parents, Jeromie Young of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Krystal Green of Grand Prairie, Texas. He leaves behind his sisters, Karla Green and O'Shea Mathews of Anadarko, Oklahoma, and Samantha Ashley of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He will also be remembered by his grandfather, Danny Green of Anadarko, Oklahoma, and his significant other, Kateri Quoetone of Pryor, Oklahoma.
Dylan Tyler Young will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of kindness and creativity will continue to inspire those left behind.
