Jeannie Ruth (Harp) Yates

December 4, 1943 ~ February 6, 2003

Jeannie Ruth Yates, 59, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2003 in Oklahoma City. Jeannie was born in Arkansas on December 4, 1943 to Harry & Ruth Harp.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Lois; brothers, Luther and Lee Harp; her father and her mother.

Survivors include sons, Timothy Yates and wife, Kimberly, Tommy Yates; daughters, Carla Withrow and husband, Mark, Deanna Rys and husband, Craig, Mary Blakely; brothers, Sammy Harp & his wife, Bonita, O'Dale Harp; sisters, Shirley Williams & her husband, Carl, Bernice Harp and Josie Harp; many grandchildren; two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Jeannie was a wonderful mother, grandmother and sister. She will be missed by all who loved her.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 10, 2003 at 3:00 P.M. at Chapel Hill Funeral Home.
