Anna Louise (Gaskill) Woolam

Anna Louise (Gaskill) Woolam
January 10, 1935 ~ September 29, 2025

Anna Louise (Gaskill) Woolam, age 90, of Wann, Oklahoma, passed away on September 29, 2025. Born and raised in Wann, she was the daughter of Archie A. and Anna M. (Moore) Gaskill. She graduated from Wann Public Schools in 1954 and remained deeply connected to her hometown throughout her life.

Louise lived in several places over the years, including Virginia, Ohio, llinois, Iowa and Oklahoma, but her roots and heart were always in Wann. She loved reading, hummingbirds, and watching sports—especially women’s softball, which brought her great joy.

She is survived by her six children: Nedra of OK , LoraLe TX, Martha Shoulders of MO, Thomas Jr., Susan Franks, and Juanita both of IL; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who she loved dearly.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Anna Gaskill, and all 14 of her brothers and sisters (Hasseberg & Gaskill). She was the last of her siblings to pass, closing a treasured and remarkable generation of her family.

Louise will be remembered for her quiet strength, her love of family, and the joy she found in the simple beauties of life.
