Cheryl Marie (Briscoe) Wilson
October 8, 1949 ~ December 24, 2020

Cheryl Marie Briscoe Wilson 71 of Durant OK peacefully passed away December 24, 2020 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX. Cheryl was a 1967 graduate of Durant High School, and a 1975 graduate of the Grayson County College Associates Degree of Nursing class. Cheryl had a long and enjoyable career in nursing specializing in women’s health, and geriatric nursing. Cheryl was an accomplished artist who enjoyed working with many forms of media including oil, watercolor, and pencil. Cheryl’s greatest pleasure in life was spending time with her grandchildren.

Cheryl is proceeded in death by her Father Carl Dean Briscoe, Mother Doris Marie Guthrie Briscoe, and brother Stephen Dean Briscoe.

She is survived by her children Robert Clint Wilson and spouse Angie of Bonham TX, son Stephen Reid Wilson and spouse Teal of Austin, TX, Daughter Rachel Riemer and Husband Richard of Ivanhoe, TX. Grandchildren Lauri Crane and Husband Trevor of Savoy TX, Abbie Richardson, Lily, Luke, and Leo Wilson of Bonham, TX, Briscoe DelRey Wilson, Shanel and Aubrey Reid of Austin, TX. Hallie and Rilen Riemer of Ivanhoe, TX. A celebration of Life will be held at a later date in the spring of 2021.

In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Creative Arts Center in Bonham TX and the Fannin County Children’s Advocacy Center.
