James Allen Welch

Services for James Allen Welch, 70, of Byers, Texas, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, 2000, at Byers United Methodist Church. Rev. Louis Pearce will officiate, assisted by James Keenum, pastor of Byers Assembly of God Church.

James A. "Jim" Welch was born March 26, 1930, in Chickasha. He died Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2000, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Interment will be in the Waurika Cemetery in Waurika under the direction of Dudley Funeral Home, Waurika.
