Kenneth was the son of Marvin Dock Webb and Elsie Juanita (Deela) Webb born on April 9, 1949 in Anthony, Kansas. After living and going to school in Attica, Kansas, Kenneth and his parent’s family moved to Kiowa. While living in Kiowa he attended Kiowa elementary and high school. After leaving high school, he joined the U.S. Army attending basic training in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. After being discharged he returned to Kiowa where he pursued a new career which led him and his family to Wichita, Kansas where he worked for the Cesena Aircraft Maintenance Department. Wanting to follow his dream of preaching and playing his guitar and harmonica, Kenneth located to Mankato, Kansas where he pastored the Assembly of God Church. After living in several cities and towns across Kansas he returned to Kiowa to assist caring for his parents. Kenneth became involved in the community and was appointed to be the Chaplain for the local VFW and American Legion Posts. With his health declining, under direction from the Kansas Veterans Hospital, Kenneth was transferred to a Veterans Care Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
