Elsie Mae Wallace

A graveside service for Elsie Mae Wallace, 91, will be 12:00 noon today, April 4, 2007 in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Don Tines will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Elsie was born Oct. 20, 1915 in Carmen, OK. to Ernest A. and Hattie E. (Manard) Shearer and died Monday, April 2, 2007 in Tulsa, OK.

She lived in Garber and worked at the Bank of Garber for over 10 years. She also was a homemaker. She married Glenn C. Wallace. He passed away March 25, 1981.

She is survived by her son, John Lee Wallace and his wife Mary of Anchorage, AK; son, LeRoy Wallace and his wife Tina of Texas; daughter, Naomi Hoffman of Tulsa, OK; and son Joe Wallace of Tulsa, OK; grandchildren, John Lee Wallace Jr., Jimmy Wallace, Jeffrey Wallace, Robin Smith, Reyes Hernandez, John Hernandez, Raquel Johnson, David Hoffman and Charles Hoffman; sister, Virginia Stadler of Washington; brother, Everett Shearer and his wife Virginia of Stillwater, OK; and sister-in-law, Margie Wallace of Tulsa, OK; 28 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Glenn, 20 siblings and one granddaughter, Mary.
