Roger Dale Virden
September 26, 1955 ~ February 16, 2020

Roger Dale Virden, 64, of Bartlesville, died at 2:40 P.M., on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at The Journey Home in Bartlesville

Memorial services will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, February 22, 2020 in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Mark Buchanan officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Mr. Virden was born in Bartlesville on September 26, 1955 the son of Hiram David Virden and Norma Jean (Sanders) Virden. He grew up in the Ochelata area and graduated from Caney Valley High School in Ramona. He was married and had two children. He later moved to Bartlesville where he spent the later half of his life. He had been active with his brothers in the home construction business until his retirement in 2009. He was an avid fisherman.

Survivors include one son, Roger �Dale� Virden II and wife Amy Jo of Bartlesville, one daughter, Anna Cagle and husband Buzz of Broken Arrow, one sister, Diane Kelly of Bartlesville, one brother, Eddie Virden of Skiatook, eight grandchildren, Taylor Hicks, Courtney Lowe, Hailey Delozier, Ruger Virden, Ryland Virden, Colton Virden, Hogan Virden, Alyssa Virden and Dylan Cagle and four great grandchildren, Kycen Lowe, Tagen Lowe, Jace Delozier and Conner Delozier. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, David Virden and one sister, Beverly Ballard.
