May 16, 1936 ~ June 15, 2019

Lawrence Vannier, Jr. 83, of Platter, Oklahoma passed away Saturday June 15, 2019 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. He was born May 16, 1936 in Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma to Lawrence and Goldie Lewis Vannier, Sr.

He served his country in the Navy for 7 years from 1955-1962 and was a welder and multiple construction jobs before retirement.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife Lupe R. Vannier who preceded October 27, 1996, Brother Fred Vannier and Sisters Rena and Ruby Vannier.

Surviving are Sons Steve Vannier and wife Michelle of Colbert, OK. Joe Vannier and wife Carla of Bonham, TX. and Michael L. Vannier and wife DeeDee of Denison, TX. 11 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren and Brother Arny Vannier.

Following Cremation the Family will have a Memorial Service at a later date. The register book may be signed and condolences sent to the family online @ cunninghamfuneralhomesok.com

Arrangements are entrusted to Cunningham Funeral Home in Colbert, Oklahoma.
