Elna L (Fox) Vandervort

November 3, 1914 ~ October 23, 2011

Elna L. Vandervort, 96, passed away October 23, 2011. Elna was born November 3, 1914 in Oakland, OK to Wesley and Mamie (Horn) Fox. She was one of 7 "Foxes"

She married Roy Vandervort August 19, 1939, and they had one son Roy Keith Vandervort.

Elna lived in the Midwest City area since 1950. She retired from First Nat"l Bank of Midwest City where she was senior lady in charge of personal and business accounts; at one time she was appointed team captain for a contest for new accounts. She was happy and fun to be around and work with. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Her son, Roy Keith Vandervort, survives her.

Preceded in death by parents, her 4 sisters and 2 brothers, and a host of personal friends.
