Harvey B. Urban

1894 ~ May 11, 1979

Word was received by Mrs. Lola Morell Payne and Mrs. Vic Priebe of the death of their uncle, Harvey B. Urban, Friday, in Perryton, Texas. The funeral will be at 10:30 AM Monday in the First United Methodist Church in Perryton. Burial will follow under the direction of Boxwell Funeral Home of Perryton.

Urban was born in 1894 in Genesco, Illinois, and moved to Enid with his family in the early 1900s. They made their home west of town until the late 1920s when they moved to Perryton.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Mrs. Louis Morell, Enid, and Mrs. Ruth Mary Wilson, Texas, and one brother, Karl (Nick) Urban.

He is survived by his wife, Almeda Coppock Urban of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Marvin (Ruth Ann) Jones, Spearman, Texas; one son, Robert H. Urban, Perryton; four grandchildren; two great – grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
