Karen Marie (Vickery) Turney
September 13, 1960 ~ July 21, 2022

Karen Marie Turney, 61, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away July 21, 2022, in her home. She was born on September 13, 1960, in San Jose, California, to Ralph Robert Vickery and Bonnie Irene Smith.

She attended Rosedale Union and North High Highschool in Bakersfield, California. She spent her working years tending to the home and working as a security guard for Phillips 66, and a co-owner of S&K Welding. She married Steven Leon Turney on February 29, 1980. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting baby blankets, and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Steve Leon Turney; brother, Robert Vickery; and fathers, Ralph Robert Vickery and Ronald Shepherd.

She is survived by her three daughters, Angela Aldana, Wendy and Cory Kirchner, and Stephanie and Chris Posh; grandchildren Hristos Mavrokefalos, Zachary Mavrokefalos, Keylyn Turney, Rylee Young, Mercedez Aldana, Aubree Kirchner, Cayden Posch, Micheal Kirchner, Callie Posch and Jace Woods; mother Bonnie Vickery; and siblings Linda Marberry, Brenda Osborne, Kathy Harbin, and Tina Vickery.
