Memorial Services for Mrs. Wanda Sue Turner, 67, of Tishomingo, Oklahoma will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 11:00 a. m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses with Fred Wells officiating. Mrs. Turner passed away on January 24, 2016 at the Medical City Hospital in Dallas, Texas. At her request, the family selected cremation.

Wanda was born on February 14, 1948 in Atoka, Oklahoma to Jack Johnson and Ola (Taylor) Johnson.  She married Roy Turner on February 18, 1964.  They were lifelong residents of Johnston County. They were married 51 years and raised five children here. She was an extrodinary wife, homemaker, and a precious mother. Wanda was a member of the local Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Alta Justice, Emogene Johnson and Mildred Harris , a brother, Leroy Johnson and a dear sister-in-law, Lois Johnson.

Wanda is survived by her husband Roy, of the home, her children, Teresa Turner of Tishomingo, Phillip Turner and wife of San Antonio, Texas, Brad Turner of Coleman, Oklahoma, James Justice and wife of Russett, Oklahoma and Tony Justice and wife of El Reno, Oklahoma, grandchildren, Jeremy Savage and wife of Mill Creek, Oklahoma, Trenton Turner of Yuma, Arizoma, great-granddaughters, Jasmine and Jerricka, a brother, Cecil Johnson, a sister, Betty Isabell, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

The Kingdom Hall is located 3 1/2 miles east of Tishomingo on Hwy 78.
