Larry Dean Turner, Jr., 51, was born to Larry Dean, Sr. and Sheila Elaine Hawkins on July 23, 1974, in Moore, Oklahoma. He passed away on March 23, 2026.
Larry was a hardworking cement finisher who took pride in his work. He found joy in life's simple pleasures, searching for morel mushrooms, tending to his garden, fishing, and adding to his coin collection. Music was always close to his heart, especially classic rock.
He had a gift for storytelling, a warm sense of humor, and a way of making everyone feel special, he called just about everyone his "kid." More than anything, he treasured time spent with his family, who meant the world to him.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents; Randy "Raz" Glenn; Regina Eaton; and Linda Bateman.
He is survived by his children Sheila Elanie Turner, Daniel Ray Escamilla, Sr., and Shanna White; grandchildren Harmony-Rose Escamilla and Daniel Ray Escamilla, Jr.; best friend Waylon Eaton; and many other loved ones and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2026, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard. An online obituary and guestbook are available at www.eisenhourfh.com.
