Agnes Laverne (Griffith) Tucker
July 24, 1931 ~ February 18, 2022 (age 90)

Agnes (Griffith) Tucker lifetime resident of the Ramona area passed away February 18, 2022. Agnes was born July 24, 1931 at her family home in Ramona to William and Della (Sizemore) Griffith. Agnes played basketball for Ramona High School before graduating.

She was active in the Cherokee Home Demonstration Club, 4-H Club, and Ladies Missionary Society at the Romana Friends Church at which she was an 82-year member. She worked for 10 years at Union Gas Co. in Ramona, retired in 1990. Agnes was known for her pecan pies, jellies, and sewing skills.

She is survived by her husband of 71 years; Fred Tucker, Daughters; Reba and Karen (Mark), brother; Arlie Griffith, 2 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.

She loved to sing and listen to hymns of praise to her lord. Let us thank him that she's with him now.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at Ramona Friends Church. Online condolences can be left at www.honoringmemories.com.

Services have been entrusted to Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home.
