Geneva (Chambless) Trott

November 22, 1931 ~ 2007

Services for Geneva Chambless Trott were held on August 25, 2007 in Hawaii. She was born November 22, 1931 in Chickasha, Oklahoma, daughter of the late Jimmy and Mildred Matthews Chambless and granddaughter of W.C. Matthews, a Pioneer resident of Chickasha.

She attended Chickasha public schools graduating in 1948. She attended OCW (now USAO) and graduated with a degree in education to teach physical education.

Mrs Trott taught in the Tulsa, Oklahoma public school system prior to her marriage She recently moved to Hawaii.

In 1955 she married Richard Lee Trott who predeceased her.

She is survived by her daughter, Gena Trott; her son, James R. Trott and wife Jill; Granddaughters, Erika, Lauren and Michaela Trott of Snohomish, Washington; three sisters, Jean Chambless of Lewisville, Texas; Audrey McClellan of Little Elm, Texas; Gai Jones of Ojai, California; one brother, Dr. W.S. Chambless of Aubrey, Texas; several cousins, several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.
