Gary Wayne Townsend

December 10, 1954 ~ September 25, 2022

 Gary Wayne Townsend, a Lehigh resident, was born on December 10, 1954, to Riley Lafayette and Geraldean (Weaver) Townsend, at Galveston County, TX. He passed away on September 25, 2022 at Lehigh, OK at the age of 67 years, 9 months and 15 days.

Gary was a carpenter. He worked for many people and made lots of friends. He married Letitia Coleen Westberry. They spent 17 wonderful years together. Gary was of the Southern Baptist Faith. He enjoyed working with his father, fishing, and gardening. Gary liked to throw darts and play horseshoes. He loved teaching his daughter Cassie his skills and working with his son, Chad. Gary loved spending time with his Grandchildren.

Grandchildren: Landen, Ryker and Arlie Mae

Bobby Townsend and wife Cheryl of Houston, TX

Sister: Karen Jones of Lehigh, OK

Nephew: Kevin Jones of Lehigh, OK

Ex-Wife: Dawn Webb Townsend of Coalgate, OK

Step Daughter: Kelly Stenger of Virginia Beach, VA

Along with numerous nieces, nephews and many dearly loved friends
