Edna Fay (Langford) Towler

Edna Fay Towler, 58, of Blanchard, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at her home. The daughter of Jake Langford and Nellie Fern (Schrader) Langford, she was born January 17, 1958 in Purcell, Oklahoma.

Edna married Billy Don Towler on July 17, 1977 in Norman, Oklahoma. She was a Baptist in faith. She had a big heart and was always helping others who were sick or needed something. Edna was a great cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and made sure no one ever went hungry. In her spare time, she enjoyed working in the yard and planting flowers. She loved animals and always kept a little dog as a constant companion. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Jean Smith and Jackie Beverly.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Towler, of Blanchard; two sons, Dane Towler of Yukon and Billy Jake Towler and his wife, Sarah, of Lindsay; two sisters, Gail Chastain and her husband, Larry, of Georgia and Judy Ketchum of Purcell; two brothers, Bill Langford and his wife, Romar, of Blanchard and Jake Langford of Dibble; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other loved ones and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 30, 2016, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard. Online obituary and guestbook are available at www.eisenhourfh.com.
