Laura Anne (Pontecorvo) Tomlin

February 11, 1949 ~ July 01, 2018

Laura Anne Tomlin, age 69 of Guthrie, Oklahoma passed away July 1, 2018 in Guthrie. She was born February 11, 1949 in Needles, California to Anthony and Georgianna (Dorr) Pontecorvo.

On November 10, 1966 Laura married Robert George Tomlin in Las Vegas, Nevada. They lived in California most of their lives. In 2008 they moved to Guthrie and absolutely fell in love with the town. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Laura was a self-employed bookkeeper and retired in 2012. Laura loved people, loved helping people, and everyone was her friend. 

Laura is preceded in death by her parents and daughter Aireca Tomlin.

She is survived by her husband Robert and three daughters: Anna Tomlin of Barstow, California, Kimberly Tomlin of Guthrie, Oklahoma, and Emily Tomlin also of Guthrie and sister-in-law Joyce Nichols of Guthrie.

Mass will be held on Friday, July 6, 2018 at St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10:00 A.M. with Reverend James Wickersham officiating.

A prayer vigil will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel.

Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home in Guthrie, Oklahoma.
