Ryan Keith Tiger, son of Sarah Ann Noble and Dean Keith Tiger, was born August 30th, 1971 in Laredo, Texas on an air force base. He made his home in Stilwell, Oklahoma.

Ryan was successful and had endless accomplishments; he graduated from Stilwell High School then went on to Northeastern State University where he earned his degree in Criminal Law. For 22 years he worked for the State of Oklahoma Parole and Probation Sentencing. Ryan had a huge heart for people and has met lots of people whom he calls friends.

Ryan joined the Navy in 1990 where he was active for 5 years and continued his service in the reserves and was honorably discharged in 2013. He wanted to see the different countries and he did just that. He traveled to London, England, Hong Kong, Hawaii, Egypt and other countries. He was a devoted father and was a man who respected people and loved kids. He was the MC in the family for holidays and other events. He loved his children dearly and loved his sisters' children just the same. He was the perfect role model and quite the character. We will forever remember him and cherish all of the great and funny memories he's left behind.

He was preceded in death by his father Martin Dean Tiger, his grandma Lucy Ketcher, his aunts Coweta Young and Wanda Scott.
