Keith Edward Thornton

Keith Edward Thornton
February 11, 1965 ~ March 30, 2020

Keith Edward Thornton, son of Nolan and Elsie Faye (Lewis) Thornton, was born on February 11, 1965 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and departed this life on Monday, March 30, 2020 in Westville, Oklahoma at 55 years of age.

Keith enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. He never met a stranger and had so many friends that they are innumerable. He was a proud dad to his sons: Jo Jo Thornton, Michael Thornton, Alex Thornton and daughters: April Thornton, Ashley Blackman and Alisha Thornton. Keith was also a devoted grandpa to Molly Thornton and Kaleb Blackman.

Keith touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Jessica Thornton, of the home in Westville, OK, sons: Jo Jo Thornton and wife Kelly of Disney, OK, Michael Thornton of Boley, OK, Alex Thornton of Westville, daughters: Ashley Blackman and husband Ricky of Westville, Alisha Thornton of Westville, sister: Brenda Moore and husband Wayne of Disney, brothers: Lewis Thornton of Broken Arrow, OK, George Thornton of Disney, Gary Thornton and wife Leslie of Pryor, OK, grandchildren: Molly Thornton and Kaleb Blackman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents: Nolan and Elsie Thornton, daughter: April Thornton, sisters: Terry Thornton, Shirley Gillum, brothers: Paul Thornton and Richard Thornton.

A public memorial will be held at a later date.
