Marcia Ann Thompson passed away on September 5, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Ann was born on December 29, 1933 in Waco, Texas to Fon and Hazel E. (Rodgers) Taylor.
Ann had lived in Guthrie the past 22 years and previously lived in Lubbock, Texas. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Ann enjoyed cooking and loved animals.
Survivors include her two children, Jean Watts-Lacina of Edmond and Richard Guthrie of Waco, TX. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kyleigh Brewer, Evan Watts and Jeremy Moore and six great grandchildren Brittain, Brady, Barron, Blake, Daphney and Clyde.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Hayes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sara Martin officiating. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
