Joanne was born in OKC to Elwin Eddie Carpenter and Josephine (Moya) Carpenter.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Bob in 2012.
She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Tilley and Pam North; son-in-law, Jimmy North; brother, Bobby Carpenter; grandchildren, Debbie and Chad Spitler, Scott Tilley, Jessie North and Tyler North; 4 great grandchildren, Whitney and Abby Spitler and Londyn and Elijah Tilley.
Visitation at the funeral home will be on Thursday, June 11, 2020 from 1-8 PM with services to celebrate her life at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 12, 2020 in the chapel of Buchanan Funeral Service.
