Jane Kathryn (Stanley) Thompson
August 04, 1964 ~ July 08, 2018

Jane Kathryn Thompson, age 53, of Lawton passed away Sunday, July 8, 2018 at her residence. 

Jane was preceded in death by her father, James Stanley and daughter Crystal Jane Motley.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Jan "Tom" Thompson; her mother, Genie O'neal, both of Lawton, Ok; her sister, Judi and husband Johnny Spillman; brother Jack and wife Leah Stanley, all of Waco, Texas and brother John "Chuck" Stanley of Surfside Beach, SC; daughters, Melanie and Jose Lupian and their 3 children, Antonio, Sarah and Samantha and Tina Horton , all of California, also several nieces and nephews and extended family members.  

She served as Town clerk of Medicine Park, Ok for a number of years.

Jane was an excellent example of an exemplary  military wife who supported her husband throughout his military career.  She was awarded the Molly Pritchard Award and the Army Achievement Award for her work with military spouses.

The family invites you to visit with them and friends at the Medicine Park Aquarium and Museum of Natural Science on Friday, July 13, 2018 between the hours of 6:00 pm to 7:30pm.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children or St. Jude's Hospital.
