Garwin Dean Thomas

???? ~ May 05, 1958 | Age 37

Garwin Dean Thomas, 37, died Monday evening after an illness of several months. A native of Hennessey, he attended the Pond Creek school system and graduated with the class of 1939.

He married the former Faydean Richey of Pond Creek and came to Enid in 1945 and had lived here since. He was co-owner of the C. F. Thomas Furniture Company and was a World War II veteran in the Air Force. He was a member of the Central Christian Church and past resident of the Sooner Sunday school class.

Survivors are his wife, Faydean, of the home at 1722 E. Cyprus, three daughters and a son, Karen Ann, Melodee and twins Bruce and Brenda; his mother, Mrs. Lawrence Ingram of Enid; one sister, Mrs. Dean Ladusau of Enid.

Services are pending at the Henninger – Allen Funeral Home. The family of Mrs. Thomas has requested that those who wish to do so, may make contributions to the cancer fund in lieu of sending flowers. Henninger – Allen will serve as custodian of the fund.
