Donna Marie Tavella-Pollesel

Chouteau-
Donna Marie Tavella-Pollesel, born on April 12, 1960, in Lynbrook, New York, passed away on Friday, November 21, 2025, in Chouteau, Oklahoma. She lived a vibrant life filled with many passions and cherished moments.

Donna was known for her love of scary movies and ghost shows, with a particular fondness for ghost adventures. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was relaxing by the creek, shopping with family, or diving into the world of music and Nintendo, especially her favorite game, Zelda. Donna’s playful spirit always shone through, especially when she was pulling pranks alongside Leonard.

Above all, she adored her family and created lasting memories with her children and grandchildren at family gatherings. Donna left a legacy of love and laughter that will always be remembered.

She is survived by her children, Thomas Grass and wife Shakayla, Russell Grass, Candace Grass, Angela Pollesel-Cooper, Alaka Harris, Timber Harris, and Cody Burnett; her brothers, Mathew Tavella and William Tavella; numerous grandchildren; one great grandchild; and many adopted children and grandchildren, along with other relatives and friends.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Tavella and Joanne (Frost), and Jack Rossell; her soulmate, Leonard James Rabbit; and her grandson, Thomas Wayne Grass. Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
