Jennifer Tate, age 25 of Norman, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2017.

Jennifer Lynn McConnell was born July 29, 1992 in Oklahoma City, the baby of 3 children and only daughter of Jerry and Kim McConnell. She was raised in Norman and attended school there, graduating in 2010. She then attended the Moore-Norman Technology Center where she studied to be a Dental Assistant.

Jennifer married to Christopher Tate, and to this union, a daughter, Adalene was born. Jennifer cherished her baby girl and loved being a mommy. She enjoyed cooking, just being outdoors in the sunshine, and she never missed an opportunity to curl up with a good book. She had a beautiful smile, an infectious personality, and was dearly loved!

She was preceded in death by: Her grandparents, Lillian Prough and Jerry McConnell Sr. and Eileen Smith and Reinhold Groehler.

Jennifer is survived by: Beloved Daughter, Adalene Enright Tate; Her parents, Kim McConnell of Norman and Jerry and Judy McConnell of Norman; 2 brothers, Jerry Don McConnell III and wife Heather of Denver, CO and Brian McConnell of Norman; Several cousins, nieces and nephews, and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at the Wilson-Little Funeral Home Chapel in Purcell.
