Eddie Tabor, age 40 of Purcell, passed away unexpectedly Saturday September 30, 2023. Edward Charles Tabor was born September 23, 1983 in Bakersfield, California. He was raised in Bakersfield and attended school there.

Eddie was a hard worker, and made his living in the oil field. He was the proud father of Anthony, Samantha, Harley, Nevaeh, Peyton and Kinsley. Eddie loved life, and lived to the fullest. He was a self-described “shade tree mechanic” who enjoyed flipping cars, and taking things apart just to put them back together again. He always owned a cycle, and loved his freedom on the open road. He cherished his children and family and friends, and will be dearly missed!

He was preceded in death by: his father, Edward Valles and his grandmother who raised him, Lorraine Tabor.

Eddie is survived by: his children, Anthony, Samantha, Harley, Nevaeh, Peyton, Kinsley and wife Shannon, Emma Weldon and Zander Hall; his mother, Mary Jane Swanson of Bakersfield, CA; siblings, Misty Dawn Judd and husband (Billy) of Bakersfield, Crystal Langford and husband Gary of Bakersfield, Danielle Nielsen and husband Mike of Colorado, Kasey Valles, Gabriella Valles, Greg Valles and Gus Valles, all of Bakersfield; several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.
