Jimmy Ray Swain

Jimmy Ray Swain
April 14, 1943 - June 8, 2025

Jimmy Ray Swain, 82, of Owasso, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on June 8th, 2025, with his devoted wife, Linda, and his daughter, Kristi Krajicek, by his side.

Born in Vinita, Oklahoma to George A. and Virgie C. Swain and raised in Tulsa, Jimmy spent his life dedicated to his family and his passions. A curious and thoughtful man, he was always eager to learn, to create, and to share his knowledge. His grandchildren especially loved learning from him—building tools and sets together and making memories that will last a lifetime.

Jimmy was the love of Linda’s life and her very best friend. Their 43 years of marriage were a testament to the enduring power of partnership and devotion. Kristi feels deeply fortunate to have witnessed such a beautiful example of love in her parents.

Jimmy is survived by his beloved wife, Linda Swain; eight children; fourteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. His gentle spirit and generous heart will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Preceded in death by his parents, and 2 brothers: Harold and Curtis Swain.

No services are planned at this time.
