Juanita Sumka

Juanita Sumka a Henryetta resident passed away on December 9, 2005 in Henryetta at the age of 49. Born March 1, 1956 in Henryetta,Ok to Benjamin and Lucille (Smith) Sumka. Juanita worked as a nurse�s aid and attended the Yardeka Indian Baptist Church. Her parents, brother Benjamin and a niece LaDonna Sumka precede her in death.

Survived by: Daughter: Marcella Marks of Oklahoma City,Ok,2 Sons: Cheyenne Marks of Tulsa, Bradley Sumka of Germany,2 Grandchildren,3 Brothers: Marvin Sumka of Glenpool,OK,Bill Sumka of Tulsa,Martin Sumka of Henryetta,4 Sisters: Diane Grayson of Stilwell,OK,Doris Sumka of Henryetta,Abby Prentiss of Okmulgee,Jeanetta Tiger of Henryetta

Wake service will be 6:00 to 8:00 Sunday, December 11 at the Rogers Chapel.

Services 2:00pm, Monday December 12, 2005 at the Rogers Chapel. Interment will follow at the Sumka Family Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
