Gary Anthony Sulak
May 10, 1945 - April 6, 2017

Gary Anthony Sulak of Oklahoma City was born May 10, 1945 in Cleveland, OH to Robert and Jenny Sulak. He passed peacefully on April 6, 2017.

Gary was retired Air Force and served in Vietnam.

He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Jenny.

Gary is survived by his wife of 33 years Grace and daughters Serena Holston, Tabitha Jackson and husband Morgan, Melissa Wade and husband Eddie; his grandchildren Zachary, Ashley, Katlin, Tristen, Alexis, Masen, Andrea and Meg; great grandchild Maelee; brothers Greg, Cliff and Ray; sister Arleen.

Viewing will be at Ford Funeral Service in Del City on Sunday, April 9, 2017 12pm-6pm and Monday, April 10, 2017 9am-8pm.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 2pm at Ford Funeral Services Chapel.
