Larry Gene Stumpff Jr.
November 8, 1960 ~ May 15, 2018

Larry Gene Stumpff, Jr., 57, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Larry was born November 8, 1960, in Wichita Kansas. He was the son of Larry Stumpff, Sr. and Wanda (Stumpff) Malaby. Larry grew up in Bartlesville, attended Jane Phillips Elementary School, Hoover Elementary School, Madison Junior High School and graduated from Sooner High School in 1980.

Larry worked at numerous jobs in which he was noted as always being a hard worker. These jobs included Opseis, Golden Corral, Hertz, H & H Grocery, Walkingstick Plumbing, Zebco Manufacturing, and for a short time at First National Bank processing stock certificates during the T-Boone Pickens P66 takeover attempt.

Larry had a great sense of humor and liked to tell stories that made people laugh. He and his younger sister shared a birthday. He participated and enjoyed martial arts in his younger years. As a result, he continued to be a Bruce Lee enthusiast throughout life. He enjoyed gardening and was an avid movie watcher from Westerns to Sci-Fi. He collected all kinds of movie memorabilia, comics, and toys from his youth. Larry loved little league baseball as a child and continued his love of sports cheering for the Dallas Cowboys. 

He is preceded in death by his wife Anita Jackson Stumpff, son Austin Stumpff and stepfather Robert Malaby.

Larry is survived by his Mother Wanda (Stumpff) Malaby; his father and Step-Mother Larry, Sr. and Linda Stumpff; his daughter Rocheal Stumpff; and wife Michelle; Step-children James and Alan Jackson; his sister Terri (Stumpff) Nichols; sister Traci (Stumpff) Estes and her husband Sean; half siblings Laci (Stumpff) Felty and husband Chris, Levi Stumpff and his wife Lynsey; and several nieces and nephews: Casey Duncan; Noah Estes, Ty Estes, Olivia Robertson, Connor, Lily, and Owen Felty, Audree and Arianna Stumpff and was known as "Uncle Grandpa" to several step grandchildren. The family will have a Private Celebration of Larry's life.
