Barbara Jean (Prater) Stumpff
August 10, 1943 ~ March 18, 2025

Barbara Jean Stumpff, 81, of Bartlesville, passed away on March 18, 2025. Born on August 10, 1943, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Ben and Ethel Prater, Barbara led a life filled with purpose and passion.

Barbara dedicated her career to helping others as a physical therapist, a profession that took her to 14 different states, where she touched the lives of countless individuals with her compassionate care. Her love for her work was evident in the way she approached each patient with kindness and dedication. A proud alumna of the University of Oklahoma, Barbara's commitment to excellence in her field was unwavering.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Barbara found joy and solace in her faith. Alongside her beloved husband, Paul Stumpff, she was a devoted member of the Adams Boulevard Church of Christ, where her spirit of kindness and generosity shone brightly.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Michael Shultz. She is survived by her loving husband, Paul Stumpff, who stood by her side through life's joys and challenges, and by their five cherished grandchildren, who brought her immense pride and happiness, one sister, Mary Prater-Hill, one brother, Roy Staiger, and two stepsons, Rick and Randy Stumpff.

Barbara's legacy of compassion, dedication, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed, but her memory will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
