C. Emilia Stokes

July 23, 2004 ~ September 22, 2023

“Emi,” cherished child of Tom Stokes of Duncan, OK and Mary Stokes of Bethany, OK, passed suddenly at her home on September 26, 2023 at the age of 19.

Brothers, Shawn Stokes of Bethany, OK and Connor Stokes of Severn, MD; and sister, Quinn Stokes of Yukon, OK, miss her terribly and hope she is finally at peace.

Emilia graduated from Putnam City West High School in May, 2022 and was studying Computer Science at Oklahoma University. She loved all things computer and loved to spend time gaming and playing Dungeons and Dragons with her friends. She could discuss politics and current events with an amazing amount of knowledge and intellect, and we will really miss those conversations. Her feline buddies, Oliver, Loki and Apples wonder where she has gone.

No services are planned at this time as the family wishes to mourn privately.

If you would like to honor Emilia, please consider donating to the Trevor Project. Mainly, please be kind to others, especially those who may be different than you. That is what she would have wanted.
