Deborah Joy (Shaffer) Stewart
Oct. 23, 1951 ~ April 19, 2014

ENID, Okla. - Funeral service for Deborah Joy Stewart, 62, of Pond Creek, Okla., will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at First Baptist Church, Pond Creek, with the Rev. Les Washnock officiating. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek.

Deborah was born Oct. 23, 1951, to Thomas E. and Lillian Jean McCleery Shaffer in Martinez, Calif., and died Saturday, April 19, 2014, in Enid, Okla.

She was raised in Concord, Calif., and moved to Pond Creek with her son Delaire in 1976. She remained in Pond Creek, raising all three of her children here. She also worked for StarTek in Enid. She was family-oriented, and her best memories were spent with her children and grandchildren.

Deborah was a great friend to all and will be loved and missed by so many.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one granddaughter, Parker White.

Deborah is survived by her ex-husband, Steve Stewart, Enid; two sons, Delaire White and wife, Tracy Meyer, Enid, and Cody Steward, Enid; daughter, Whitney Stewart, Enid; brother, Mike and wife Jackie Shaffer, Enid; grandchildren, Bryanna Wolf, Bailey White, Jette White, Tomieya Stewart, Mya Stewart; and niece, Andrea and husband Jesse Dillon Jr.; and many great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and many good friends.

Memorials may be made to Pond Creek Firemen's Fund.
