Clayton Matthew Stewart
August 23, 1958 ~ October 16, 2019

Clay Stewart, 61, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, died Wednesday, October 16, 2019.

Clay was born August 23, 1958 in Fullerton, California to parents Richard and Rilla Stewart. He was raised in Brea, California and graduated from Brea Olinda High School.

He worked as a machinist for NL Shaffer, Boeing and Spears Manufacturing in Caney, Kansas. He also worked as a copier repair man.

Clay married Charlene (Revell) Stewart and the couple have been married for 27 years.

He was a devoted husband, father, grandpa and great grandpa. Clay was a believer in Jesus Christ and was a brother in the Lord to many. He was also a lifelong Angels Baseball fan.

Clay was preceded in Heaven by his father Richard and daughter Jennifer.

He is survived by his wife, of the home; children Christen, Timothy, Bradley and David; grandchildren Candace, Ashley, Sami, Nicole, Tyler, Daniel, Nathan, Cassadie, Jack, Ethan, Avery and Addison; great grandchildren Lucas C., Aaliyah and Lucas A.; his mother Rilla Stewart and brother John Stewart.

A celebration of life will be held on November 9, 2019 at 2pm at Cornerstone Community Church of Nazarene in Chino, California. A celebration of life will be held for local friends on November 16, 2019 at 2pm at Trinity Baptist Church in Bartlesville.

Cremation is under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory
