Kimberly Dawn Stephens left this world unexpectedly, at 43 years young, on August 23, 2025 from her home in Fairfax, Oklahoma. Born in Tulsa, Okla. on January 8, 1982, to Kelly and Dianna Dawn (Collins) Stephens, Kim grew up in Cleveland where she attended school, graduating with the Cleveland Tiger Class of 2000. Later, she studied Psychology at Tulsa Community College.
Kim was blessed with a baby boy, Aiden Edward, who came into this world on April 29, 2006. She loved and adored her son Aiden, he was her world. If you were lucky enough to be present when she spoke of him, the pure joy radiating from her would blind you. Kim wanted nothing more for Aiden than to have a wonderful life. After graduating from Cleveland High School in May 2024 he joined the Army National Guard making his momma enormously proud.
In the spring of 2012, Kim’s relationship with her beloved partner, Billy Anderson blossomed. They lived in Duncan, Okla. making this home until relocating to Fairfax where she was content being a homemaker and a caregiver for her dad until his passing in February 2022.
Eventually, Kim became employed at Brandy’s Drive In working as a cook, on the counter, and anything else needed. In March 2024 Kim left Brandys for a job as a Dietary Aide at Avem Health Partners (Fairfax Hospital) in the kitchen and recently changed to a position in Housekeeping.
Kim loved couponing and was always ready for Saturdays at the Dollar General. Her enjoyments also included watching sports and she was a fan of the Denver Broncos. She washed clothes religiously, clean or dirty, according to Billy she treated it like ‘it was her day job.’
A loving mom, daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend to all, Kim had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul. Most recently, she was proud of her daddy Kelly Stephens who was visited by Dr. James Graham, who is shown making a house call in an HBO Documentary Film highlighting Dr. Graham’s work.
Survivors include Billy Anderson of the home, her son Aiden Schwenker, her maternal grandmother Pauline Collins, siblings Bryan Stephens, Robert McCulley, and Audra McCulley, uncles Bobby Stephens, Donnie Collins, aunts Faye Colllins, and Valerie Jones, additionally other extended family members and numerous friends.
