Willie Bell "Billie" Stansbury

May, 13, 1927 ~ Jan. 7, 2002

HEREFORD - Willie Bell "Billie" Stansbury, 74, died Monday, Jan. 7, 2002.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Gililland-Watson Funeral Home Rose Chapel with Randy Bird, pastor of Hereford Barn Church, officiating. Burial will be in Rest Lawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Stansbury was born May, 13, 1927, in Telephone. She married Will Stansbury Feb. 28, 1964.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Kay Sharkey of Amarillo and Sue Rasser of Hereford; two stepdaughters, Donna Sue Veckic and Diane Lowery, both of Amarillo; a brother, Don Bynum of Hollis, Okla.; six grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and three step great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Crown of Texas Hospice.
