Lois Fay (Welch) Stafford
March 23, 1940 ~ March 20, 2017

Lois Fay (Welch) Stafford was born on March 23, 1940 in Mooreland, Oklahoma to Fay Edward and Elsie Lee (Berry) Welch. She grew up in Mooreland and attended the Mooreland Schools. Lois worked for UPS for five years, the Woodward Nursing Center for 13 years and the Mooreland Nursing Home for 22 years.

Lois enjoyed reading, yard work, cooking, and she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. One of her favorite things was being outside working in her garden.

She is survived by one son, Edward Burke Jr. and fiancee Janell; three daughters: Kellie Ayers and husband Kenton, Carla Goodballet and husband Joe, Donna Burke; one brother, Joe Welch and wife Connie; three sisters, Elsie Mae Lambert, Madalyn Irving and husband Rupert, Teresa Devine; 20 grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Madalyn Irving.
