Geanne Spaulding-Meldrum
January 1, 1929 ~ June 20, 2011

Memorial Services for Geanne Spaulding-Meldrum, 82, Enid, will be held privately at a later Date under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

At the brink of a New Year, January 1, 1929, Kenneth and Edna Spaulding gave birth to a lovely little girl Geanne Spaulding in Granite Falls City, Minnesota and she passed away June 20, 2011 at her home.

Geanne lived a long, true and fulfilled life; serving this world as a teacher and gifting us with two daughters and five sons. As she finished her occupational career as a tax representative with H&R Block, she retired to Enid to love and care for all of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her children: Connie Mertens & husband Don of New Jersey, Bernard Benz of Iliopolis, IL, Jonathan Frederic Benz of Urbana, IL, Charles Benz of Vicenza, Italy, Anthony Benz of Brooklyn Ctr, MN, Robert Benz of Enid and Grace Benz of Enid.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Robert Nelson.
