Ruby Lucille (Burger) Sparks
November 5, 1934 ~ August 19, 2021 (age 86)

Ruby Lucille Burger Sparks, 86, passed away at home on Thursday, August 19th, 2021.

Ruby Lucille Burger Sparks was born on November 5, 1934 to Clyde C and Nellie V. (Reed) Burger in Agra, Oklahoma.

In 1953 she married Herman C. Campbell and to this union 3 children were born, Ross, Helen and Betty. Ruby worked many jobs including being a seamstress to fostering many children over the years as a foster parent in which she prided herself on providing a safe environment for misplaced children.

Ruby is preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Nellie Burger; two husbands, Herman Campbell and Red Wimbs; and son Ross Campbell.

Survivors include husband, Leon Sparks; daughters, Helen (Brad) Williams, of Wellston, Ok and Betty (Bill) Hand of Cumming, Iowa; siblings include LaWanda Elkins of OKC, Melvin Burger of Meeker, Rosa Sturm of Meeker, Geraldine Henson of Choctaw and Debbie Pruett of Payson and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
