Theola Mae (Weaver) Smith
May 25, 1930 ~ August 13, 2023

Theola Mae Smith went to be with the Lord Sunday, August 13. She was born in Nowata, Oklahoma on May 25, 1930, to James E. Weaver and Mildred Mae (Herrelson) Weaver.

Theola attended grade school in Lenapah, Alluwe, and Nowata, graduating in 1949 from Nowata High School. She worked as a SWB telephone operator until her marriage to Herb Smith on December 2, 1950, at the methodist church. They had two daughters, Margie and Debbie Smith. She was a wonderful mom, grandmother, great grandmother, and wife. She taught children at The First Church of God in Nowata. Theola had the perfect attendance record for nine years. She loved the Lord and let that shine in her life.

Theola was preceded in death by her father, James E. Weaver; mother, Mildred Mae Weaver; grandson, Colt Foster; and brothers, Henry Weaver and Bob Weaver.

Theola is survived by her daughters, Debbie Belden and Marjorie Reed; grandsons, Chad Oder, Brad Oder, and Cole Foster; great grandchildren, Cole Oder, Baylee Oder, Hadlee Oder, Lily Oder, Elijah Oder, and Jacob Oder; brother, Jim Weaver; sister-in-law, Dottie Culp; and a host of nieces and nephews.
