Thomas Eugene Smith
June 17, 1955 ~ December 2, 2021

Thomas Eugene Smith was born on June 17, 1955, in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life on December 2, 2021, at his home in Stilwell, Oklahoma after a 6 year battle with Mycobacterium Avium Complex (lung disease).

He was preceded in death by his parents Eola and Delbert Smith; his brothers Alfred and Kenneth Smith and his daughter Kimberly Smith.

He is survived by a very loving family including his wife Paula of the home; his daughters Brandy Allen and husband James of Stilwell and Amie Vaughan and husband James of Kansas, OK; five grandchildren Johnathan Hewitt of Christie, OK, Ethan Vaughan of Stilwell, Nathaniel Allen of Stilwell and Kolby and Logan Vaughan of Kansas, OK; great-grandchild Adrian Hewitt of Tahlequah; and best friend Jack Sanders and wife Cynthia. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive him.
